Related Party Disclosure Pack
FAS AG has developed a Related Party Disclosure Pack for the relatively constant and well-defined area of information about so-called related party transactions (relations with companies and people who are close to the company). This pack can be used to request the information required in accordance with IAS 24 simply and in full.
FAS AG’s Related Party Disclosure Package makes it possible to retrieve the relevant information about related parties in a standardised format as defined by IAS 24. It encompasses several templates to retrieve transactions with related companies as well as transactions with people in key positions and their immediate family members.
The Package can be individually adjusted to the company’s requirements and can be filled in simply and quickly using drop-down menus and check boxes. Standardised correspondence for the forwarding of related party templates is also included as part of the FAS AG Related Party Disclosure Package.
The Package is characterised by easy handling, its adjustability to company-specific information requirements and also its free scalability (the number of related people and companies).
