Related Party Disclosure Pack
FAS AG has developed a Related Party Disclosure Pack for the relatively unchanging and well-defined area of disclosures regarding related party transactions. This pack can be used to request the information required under IAS 24 simply and in full.
FFAS AG’s Related Party Disclosure Pack makes it possible to retrieve the relevant information about related parties, as defined by IAS 24, in a standardised format. It encompasses several templates for retrieving transactions with related companies as well as transactions with people in key positions and their immediate family members.
The pack can be tailored to the company’s requirements and filled in quickly and easily using drop-down menus and check boxes. Standardised correspondence for forwarding related party templates is also included in the FAS AG Related Party Disclosure Pack.
The pack is easy to use, can be tailored to company-specific information requirements, and is fully scalable (in terms of number of related parties).
