Project and programme management

Using experienced project managers and tried and tested tools and methods, critical success factors are identified and analysed and measures are quickly implemented. In addition, using a well-thought out project handbook, guidelines are set and defined reports are made available to the company to create the necessary transparency for all participants. Last but not least, a project plan is developed at the beginning of the project, which marks out a critical path and any necessary backup scenarios.
Project Management Office
In the Project Management Office, we provide operational support for project and programme management. Here pre-defined templates form the basis for almost all aspects of project management to guarantee efficient and effective control of projects. Functions range from project control and issues management, through to planning documentation and preparation of the project's steering committee.
Project-related risk management
The main reason for the failure or undesirable development of projects is insufficient identification of project risks. Along with considerable time delays the company also incurs very high costs (bad investments) which can lead to a great deal of financial damage. We have a well-developed tool and extensive experience, which allow us identify project risks very quickly and to a high standard of quality. In addition, on the basis of this risk analysis target-oriented measures can be developed that minimise the probability of undesirable developments occurring and thus the monetary risk of the project.
