Process optimisation

We will support you in designing your company’s processes on the basis of the current situation. The resulting potential for improvement then serves as the basis for concrete optimisation measures, and the target concept built on this is closely coupled to market conditions and to your internal range of services.

Project review

We will provide you with project management support to identify in a structured and timely manner where project progress deviates from project plans. With our practical experience, related theoretical understanding and methodical expertise, we will build a framework to recognise undesirable developments early on.

Project and programme management

In many projects, considerable focus is placed on functional design and technical implementation. This is justified by the complexity of the projects. However, most projects fail due to poor project management, which causes substantial financial damage to a company. FAS AG offers you professional project and programme management. Using experienced project managers and tried and tested tools and methods, critical success factors are identified and analysed and measures are quickly implemented. In addition, using a well-thought out project handbook, guidelines are set and defined reports are made available to the company to create the necessary transparency for all participants. Last but not least, a project plan is developed at the beginning of the project, which marks out a critical path and any necessary backup scenarios.

Project Management Office

In the Project Management Office, we provide operational support for project and programme management. Here pre-defined templates form the basis for almost all aspects of project management to guarantee efficient and effective control of projects. Functions range from project control and issues management, through to planning documentation and preparation of the project's steering committee.

Project-related risk management

The main reason for the failure or undesirable development of projects is insufficient identification of project risks. Along with considerable time delays the company also incurs very high costs (bad investments) which can lead to a great deal of financial damage. We have a well-developed tool and extensive experience, which allow us identify project risks very quickly and to a high standard of quality. In addition, on the basis of this risk analysis target-oriented measures can be developed that minimise the probability of undesirable developments occurring and thus the monetary risk of the project.

Change management

Often, when implementing major changes, too little attention is paid to the related organisational, cultural and human factors. In addition, we observe again and again that leadership is either absent or inadequate to achieve the targets set for the company’s change processes. We support you in overcoming the many barriers standing in the way of successful company change processes.
