Career Paths
You can begin your career at FAS AG after graduation from university as
a Consultant. Consultants largely work independently and are
responsible for the completion of tasks within a project. You will thus
be in continual contact with our clients in close cooperation with a
project manager.
After two or three years experience the next step in your career is
promotion to Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant you will be
responsible for the largely independent handling of a project. You will
be a contact for our clients in close cooperation with a Manager or
Partner.
Depending on your subsequent development you can become a Manager or a Partner of FAS AG.
Further Education
Along with training on the job to require the necessary professional knowledge we also offer our employees further education internally at the Academy for International Accounting as well as a wide variety of external training and further education courses. In addition, we actively support employees to study towards becoming a CPA – Certified Public Accountant.
