Career paths
You can begin your career at FAS AG as a Consultant, after graduation from university. As a Consultant, you will largely work independently and be responsible for tasks within a project. You will therefore be in constant contact with our clients in close cooperation with a project manager.
After two or three years’ experience the next step in your career is promotion to Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for the largely independent handling of projects. You will be a contact for our clients in close cooperation with a Manager or Partner.
Depending on your subsequent development, you could go on to become a Manager or Partner of FAS AG.
Further training
Along with training on the job to acquire the necessary professional knowledge, we also offer our employees further training internally at the Academy for International Accounting as well as a wide variety of external training and further education courses. In addition, we actively support employees in studying towards professional qualifications, such as CPA – Certified Public Accountant.
